2. San Sebastian
This picturesque Spanish resort town is perfect for wandering around the promenade, eating exceptional food and checking out the local art scene. This Northern Spanish town has also been voted as the 2016 European Capital of Culture, so get there before the crowds do! (Editor's Note: It might not be super warm this time of year, but still worth a visit).

Top tip: Drink and eat like a local on a txikiteo, essentially a tapas bar crawl. We absolutely love the sound of this!
3. Dead Sea
