Portugal – This European country has been on everyone’s travel bucket list this year, and it really is no wonder. Its mild climate, colourful buildings and laidback lifestyle make it a truly enjoyable holiday destination. Try spending New Year’s Eve in Madeira, Porto or Lisbon.

Kenya – Sun, sea and wildlife, all rolled into one. If you do visit this wonderful country, make sure to book a private safari – big tourist safari buses won’t be able to get as close to the animals. A small jeep with an expert tour guide can get within metres of zebras and lions, leaving you with incredible memories of your trip.
