1. Which countries do Maison du Maillot ship to?

We ship to ALL countries.


2. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

You always have a choice between: Free Shipping or Express Shipping (paid for). Shipping times are noted below. Both are secure and signed for on delivery.

We use DHL 90% of the time, unless Aramex is quicker.

Delivery times depend on where the delivery country is.   Estimated delivery times are:

3. How much does a return cost and how do I return or exchange an item? 

All returns** are FREE OF CHARGE and paid for by Maison du Maillot.     **Beach Baskets are non refundable unless damaged. 

If you wish to return goods to us you must do so within 21 days from the date of shipment, telling us why you wish to return the goods. 

You can inform us of a return request by either 1 of 2 ways:

1 - You can email us at returns@maisonmaillot.com and we will provide you with further details

OR

2 - Log into your account and click on MY RETURNS 

   - Click on REQUEST NEW RMA

   - Complete the returns form

You will then receive an email from our Customer Service Representative with further instructions. 

 

All return item packages should include:

- Returns Form  (sent via email and to be filled out - please do not hesitate to contact us for any help)

- Item(s) you wish to return

 

You may keep the packaging gift box if you so wish - please pack the items carefully so there is no damage occurs during shipment to ruin any chances of a full refund. 

This will ensure that we can process your return/exchange promptly. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

All items must be returned unused, with all garment tags and hygiene stickers attached and in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 We will notify you when the items have been received and the refund is being processed. A full refund on the item is granted - if shipping was paid for (faster option to Free Shipping) shipping charges will not be refunded.

4. Returning Incorrect Goods

If you receive Goods that are incorrect, caused by a mistake made by Us in delivery or by Our incorrect description or information (see sub-Clauses 3.2 and 3.3 in the Terms and Conditions), you have the right to return them in exchange for a full refund or a replacement, subject to the provisions of Clause 7.  This Clause 7 does not apply to Goods that you are merely not satisfied with or to Goods that are faulty.  For Goods that you are dissatisfied with or faulty Goods, please see Clauses 8 or 9 in the Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to return Goods to Us under this Clause 7 you must do so within a reasonable time of taking delivery.

All Goods must be returned to Us under this Clause 7 in their original condition, with the security tags still attached. 

All returns are free of charge and paid for by Maison du Maillot 

A full refund or replacement item will be issued to you within 14 days, through the original form of payment, if you return Goods to Us within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

 

5. Returning Goods If You Change Your Mind

If you are not satisfied with any Goods purchased from Us you have the right to return them in exchange for a full refund or a replacement, (please note BAGS are not returnable) subject to the provisions of Clause 8 in the Terms and Conditions.  This Clause 8 does not apply to Goods that are faulty.  For incorrect faulty Goods please Clauses 7 or 9 respectively.

If you wish to return Goods to Us under this Clause 8 you must do so within 14 days of taking delivery. Please email returns@maisonmaillot.com

All Goods must be returned to Us under this Clause 8 in their original condition, with the security tags still attached. 

All returns are free of charge and paid for by Maison du Maillot -  *please note baskets cannot be returned*

A full refund or replacement item will be issued to you within 14 days of Our receipt of the Goods if you return Goods to Us by post. Maison du Maillot use their own courier company who schedule a pick up time with you.

 

6. Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive Goods that are damaged or faulty you have the right to return them in exchange for a refund, replacement or repair, subject to the provisions of Clause 9 in the Terms and Conditions.  This Clause 9 does not apply to Goods that are incorrect of Goods that you wish to return because you have changed your mind.  Please refer to Clauses 7 or 8 above for incorrect Goods or returns if you have changed your mind.

If you wish to return Goods to Us under this Clause 9 please do so as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the damage or fault and in any event within 21 days.  Please contact Us to inform Us of the fault and to arrange the return and your refund, replacement or repair (clause 3.2)

This Clause 9 only applies to Goods that are damaged or faulty when you receive them.  Faults or damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper treatment does not entitle you to return Goods under this Clause 9.  We may require you to prove that the Goods in question were faulty if you return them to Us under this Clause 9 more than 21 days after the delivery date (clause 3.3)

This Clause 9 does not apply if you purchased the Goods having been told by Us of the particular damage or fault (If, for example, the Goods were sold as ‘seconds’, or at a discounted rate).

All returns are free of charge and paid for by Maison du Maillot.

 A full refund or replacement item will be issued within 14 days of Our receipt of the Goods when you return Goods to Us by post. Maison du Maillot use their own courier company who schedule a pick up time wtih you.
