1. PLACING AN ORDER

  • i - Do I need to set up an account to place my order?

No. However, by creating an account with Maison du Maillot you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

- Track your orders and review your purchases.
- Store multiple items in your Wish List.
- Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives.
- Save your address details so you can shop even faster next time.
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.

  • ii - How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Maison du Maillot is easy:

- Use the SHOP link to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our NEW ARRIVALS section.
- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button underneath each item.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the MY BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the DELETE link to remove items from your shopping bag.
- Click on PLACE ORDER to complete your order.


  • iii - How do I buy a Maison du Maillot gift voucher?

  • iv - How do I use my gift voucher?

Place all the products you wish to purchase in in your basket. Then click on 'my bag' at the top right on our website once you have finished adding items to your basket, and click 'view my bag'. Once you are on the 'shopping cart' page, enter your gift voucher code where it says 'gift cards', click 'activate' and see the discount applied. Now you are ready for check out. Click the checkout button to progress.


  •  v - How do I use my promotional code?

Place all the products you wish to purchase in in your basket. Then click on 'my bag' at the top right on our website once you have finished adding items to your basket, and click 'view my bag'. Once you are on the 'shopping cart' page, enter your promotional code where it says 'promo codes', click 'update' and see the discount applied. Now you are ready for check out. Click the checkout button to progress.

On our mobile site, click top right to view your shopping cart and then click on 'BASKET AND CHECKOUT'. Here you will go through to the second page, where it asks for 'Promo Codes', enter your code here and press update.

 

  • vi - Can I send an item as a gift?

All the items displayed on the website may be sent as a gift. When purchasing an item(s) please tick "Gift" box to make sure we make all the necessary arrangements to make this present special.

We can also arrange for a gift card to be written with your personalized message. These details are requested upon checkout before you finalise your order.

Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • Mastercard;
  • Paypal;
  • Paypal payment request from us - takes all card types - please email for more information

  • ii - How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the customs in your own country.

  • iii - How secure are my credit card details?

At Maison du Maillot we take the essential precaution to make our site secure.

All credit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, Maison du Maillot uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Please see the top left hand corner on the web page. This dropdown feature allows you to pick the currency of your choice: US Dollar, GBP, Bahraini Dinar and many more.

Our business hours are Saturday – Thursday, 8am – 8pm (GMT+3). We are shut on public holidays.  However, we endevour to answer any of your questions in a few short hours. If you would like to know exactly what time it is in Bahrain at the moment, please click here.

 

  • ii - How do I find the right size?

Sizing varies considerably depending on the style we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:

A link to the designers personal 'size guide ' to help you understand the specific designers measurements

In the item descriptions you can also read further 'size and fit' information on how the item fits; whether the item runs true to size, or smaller/larger.

Additionally, you can check out our Womens 'How to Measure' size guide or Men's 'How to Measure' size guide but don't forget - if you need more help, our customer support team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email customerservice@maisonmaillot.com for advice or speak to us on live chat where we are always over the moon to hear from you!

They will be able to guide you through seasonal trends, and how to style each look or generally assist you with any queries you have in regards to styling.

  • v - I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?

Please click on ‘forgot your password’ under the SIGN IN button. A link to reset your password shall be sent to you.


  • vi - Which countries do Maison du Maillot ship to?

We ship to all countries.


  • vii - How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

We ship worldwide. You have a choice of Free Shipping or Express Shipping (paid for). Paid for shipping uses either DHL or Aramex (we choose the fastest of the two depending on destination country) and is secure and signed for on delivery.

All returns** are free of charge and paid for by Maison du Maillot.     **Beach Baskets are non refundable unless damaged. 

Delivery times depend on where the delivery country is.   Estimated delivery times are:

  • viii - Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed it can only be amended if the items have not left our facility. Please email customerservice@maisonmaillot.com with your order number to make any amendments.


  • ix - Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address when going through check out.


  • x - Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order has left our facility, we will email you the tracking number details.


  • xi - How do I return or exchange an item?

If you wish to return or exchange a good with us, you must do so within 21 days from the date of order, telling us why you wish to return the goods.   

You can inform us of a return request by 1 of 2 ways: 

1 - You can email us at returns@maisonmaillot.com and we will provide you with further details

OR

2 - Log into your account and click on MY RETURNS 

   - Click on REQUEST NEW RMA 

   - Complete the returns form

You will then receive an email from our Customer Service Representative with further instructions. 

All return item packages should include:

- Returns Form  (sent via email and to be filled out - please do not hesitate to contact us for any help)

- Item(s) you wish to return

 

This will ensure that we can process your return/exchange promptly. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

All items must be returned unused, with all garment/security tags and hygiene stickers attached and in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.21 days of shipment

We will notify you when the items have been received and the refund is being processed.

  • xii - Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

If returning the item within 21 days from the date of order then the full value of your order will be refunded.  


  • xiii - The item I want is out of stock

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email customerservice@maisonmaillot.com  to find out if there is a waiting list for that item (you will need to be a registered member).
