In your words, tell us about yourself…

I have been working in the international luxury fashion industry for over 25 years. I have worked at Ralph Lauren, Harrods, The Mercury Group Russia and Faconnable. I started out as a sales person and worked my way up through the years to be Global merchandising director level. Fashion is in my blood especially quality.

Tell us about the brand…

What started as a question - “where can I find a shirt that fits me?”- led to the development of PDN London. In spring of 2016, the brand took its first steps in made to measure shirting for ladies. The response was terrific, and we expanded the styles offered. After many requests, it was decided to make a ready to wear collection, incorporating much of the styling from our made to measure collection. The ready to wear collection is made up of 5 styles, offering the wearer a different shirt for any occasion. Each design has been worked to make sure they fit, from the length of the sleeve, shape of the collar, on seem pockets, and the all-important 4th button, where it closes. As with the made to measure, the shirts are designed to fit beautifully and not to gape, thus ensuring maximum satisfaction thru the perfect fit. We are delighted to offer the collection in a variety of fabrics and colour combinations.

What are three words you would use to describe your brand?

Carefree, practical and the perfect fit.

What was the inspiration behind your latest collection?

Capri at 7pm in the Piazza having a pre dinner drink… the style and colours all inspired this collection.

What 3 things inspire you at the moment?

Making women happy with beautiful cloths, made from the best fabrics and an amazing fit!

Where is your favourite beach destination?

To many to say single out one, my favourite feeling is at the end of the day as the sun sets, feet in the sand and a cool breeze blowing across the bay, sheer heaven!

Where would you like to travel to in 2019 and why?

I want to visit the western sea board of France, especially from Bordeaux down to Biarritz. The coast line is magical, the coves, beaches and little sea shacks serving the most wonderful sea food… a true getaway place!

What book do you recommend we add to our holiday reading list?

Santa Montefiore The Temptation of Gracie, or any of her books, always a great read!

What is your beach bag essential?

A change of clothes.

What is your top beach beauty tip?

Factor 50.

My desert island essential is………..

A PDN shirt dress!!! It will never let you down :)
