How to pack for this summer's top festivals

Posted by on

Summertime is all about music festivals - and Europe is home to several of the best ones! Buy yourself some tickets before they sell out and picture yourself sipping a drink at sunset, grooving to your favourite tune.

We've selected 5 of the most spectacular Festivals happening in Europe this summer.

Benicàssim, Spain (13th-16th July)  Festival Internacional de Benicàssim is Spain’s top music festival and takes place on the east coast, between Valencia and Barcelona. The line-up includes the likes of Kasabian, The Weeknd and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

What to wear: A Solid&Striped Annemarie one piece, with a pair of denim shorts.

Dimensions Festival, Croatia (30thAug – 3rd Sep) This Festival has only been running for five years but is already regarded highly as one of the top ones for underground electronic and urban music, aside from hosting established artists. This summer you can expect to hear Floating Points, Moderat and Grace Jones, in a gorgeous abandoned Roman fort in Pula.

What to wear: Tori Praver Justina pants in ceramic, with a black bikini top.

Exit, Serbia (6th-9thJuly) Set in the magical and secluded Petrovaradin fortress just outside of Belgrade, in the city of Novi Sad, Exit Festival is the perfect place to lose yourself in the music and see some of your favourite artists performing. Music-wise, this Festival promises a bit of everything, with the line-up including Fatithless, Liam Gallagher, Hardwell and Rag’n’Bone Man.

What to wear: A 9seed St Tropez dress in black with sandals.

Secret Solstice, Iceland (16th-18thJune) This is a four-day festival set against the stunning natural backdrop of Reykjavic, in Iceland. Secret Solstice Festival takes place during the summer solstice, so you can expect the sun to set around midnight and rise again before 3am, which translates into hours of partying! Headliners this year include Foo Fighters, Richard Ashcroft and The Prodigy.

What to wear: A Cali Dreaming Rose Shimmer one piece, with high waisted black jeans.

Roskilde, Denmark (24th June-1st July) This Festival is only second in line to Glastonbury as being the biggest rock Festival in Europe. What makes this four day event special is that it’s run not for profit, and festival goers can have a say in which lucky organisations will receive the money raised at the end of the event. The Festival also includes special themed events and traditions, such as the opening Viking party. Artists performing include Ice cube, Solange Knowles, The XX and Justice. Don’t miss out and purchase your ticket, they’re almost sold out!

What to wear: A Tori Praver Kora Maxi dress in Black.
