How do I find the right size?

Sizing varies considerably depending on the style we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:

In the item descriptions you can also read further 'size and fit' information on how the item fits; whether the item runs true to size, or smaller/larger.

I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed it can only be amended if the items have not left our facility. Please email with your order number to make any amendments.


Can I change my shipping address once the item has shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. However, DHL do send you a link to check when you would like delivery and where to leave your item if not home. You can change your address here. Check out:


The item I want is out of stock

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please click on OUT OF STOCK button under the product. you will be emailed as soon as the item is back in stock.

How much does a return cost and how do I return (or exchange) an item? 

Returns and Exchanges are free of charge.

Returns of items discounted during the SALE period are charged at $15 per shipment.

We do offer full refunds on sale items.


When do I need to tell you by?

If you wish to return goods to us you must tell us within 21 days from the date of your order.

What happens next?

We send over DHL paperwork and a scheduled collection time (which you can change). All you do is hand over your paper to DHL and it's done!


Anything of else to note?

If you change your mind, don't like the item, whatever the reason - you may return your item for a full refund. However, all items must be returned unused, with all garment tags and hygiene stickers attached and in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Items which cannot be returned are: Basket and Candles - unless damaged in shipment to you.

You may keep the packaging box if you so wish - please pack the items carefully so there is no damage occurs during shipment to ruin any chances of a full refund.  

We will notify you when the items have been received and the refund is being processed. A full refund on the item is granted - if shipping was paid for shipping charges will not be refunded.
