How do I find the right size?
Sizing varies considerably depending on the style we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:
A link to the designers personal 'size guide ' to help you understand the specific designers measurements
In the item descriptions you can also read further 'size and fit' information on how the item fits; whether the item runs true to size, or smaller/larger.
You can also talk to us in live chat, we know all our products and can advise as best.

I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?
Please click on ‘forgot your password’ under the SIGN IN button. A link to reset your password shall be sent to you.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed it can only be amended if the items have not left our facility. Please email theteam@maisonmaillot.com with your order number to make any amendments.
Can I change my shipping address once the item has shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. However, DHL do send you a link to check when you would like delivery and where to leave your item if not home. You can change your address here. Check out: https://delivery.dhl.com/
The item I want is out of stock
All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please click on OUT OF STOCK button under the product. you will be emailed as soon as the item is back in stock.
